Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Domestic (India) shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard shipping: ₹60, 3-5 business days — free on orders above ₹499
- International shipping: ₹1800, delivery times vary by destination

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Damages
Laksso is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at lakssoads@gmail.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
